Rooms sit in a central location with easy access to transport and local attractions. Spacious with amenities like a safe for valuables and a full-length mirror, ideal for a quick freshen-up before heading out.
A lack of on-site parking proved inconvenient, with the nearest recommended lot unexpectedly closed, leaving me scrambling to find a spot after a long drive. Room decor felt outdated, and there were noticeable stains on the linens, which detracted from the experience. Breakfast didn’t meet expectations, offering a limited selection, with undercooked eggs and questionable milk quality. some bulbs provided mixed lighting in the room, creating a less-than-cozy ambiance.

The hotel boasts an unbeatable location right by the train station and the vibrant city centre, making it ideal for those new to the area. The room was spacious and offered a welcoming touch with complimentary refreshments like water and soft drinks. The friendly staff ensured a smooth check-in and check-out experience, and the breakfast selection was enjoyable, though standard. The bed provided a restful night’s sleep, despite the bustling city outside.

The hotel boasts a spectacular location, just a short stroll from the train station and right in the thick of Cardiff's vibrant nightlife. The staff are incredibly friendly. they genuinely care about making your stay enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. I especially appreciated the complimentary cookies and bottled water waiting for me upon arrival. The shower had strong pressure and felt refreshing. I enjoyed the breakfast selection, with various options to choose from. the breakfast experience fell short on my last day. By 9 AM, they had run out of both eggs and croissants. Room noise from the street was noticeable during weekends but expected considering the lively surroundings. Room rates can feel a bit high considering parking isn't included, and it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest parking area. Nonetheless, the overall experience was positive, and I'd consider coming back for the location and service.

Fantastic breakfast and friendly staff
I had a fantastic stay! The room was modern and spacious with a super comfy bed. The breakfast was delightful, offering a great variety that included freshly baked pastries and a range of organic juices. The staff were incredibly friendly, always willing to help with any queries I had, making the experience even better. One area for improvement could be the shower pressure, which could be better.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the vibrant area full of great restaurants and the main attractions. My room was comfortable with a good bed and a clean bathroom, although I would have preferred a walk-in shower instead of the narrow bath. The staff were attentive and helpful during my stay, making my experience more pleasant. I appreciated the coffee facilities in the room and found the breakfast to be very good, despite a busy dining area on Sunday. a nice hotel experience that I would consider again.

The location suited me very well since it is just a 7 minute walk from the train station. The staff were very nice, always ready to help when I needed something. The bed was like a cloud, perfect for a good night sleep, and I really appreciated the room service they offered.
